These Terms & Conditions apply to the c17 (c17.im) website and all associated services. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms.

C17 is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international license. Our services are available exclusively to adults in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted.

• These terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive and binding version.
• C17 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with prior notice given to members before any changes take effect.
• The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page.
• C17 is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

To become a member of c17, you must meet a few basic requirements — put in place primarily to ensure your safety.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and your own.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required for registration.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Providing inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended at any time.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is the process of confirming your identity. At c17, KYC is carried out primarily to protect your security and prevent fraud.

All payment-related rules at c17 are detailed below. Please read them carefully before making any transaction.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳50 (bKash/Nagad), ৳1,000 (Bank Transfer).
• After making a deposit, the Transaction ID (TxID) must be submitted via the c17 form.
• Each TxID can only be used once — the same TxID cannot be submitted for two separate deposits.
• The amount sent must exactly match the amount entered on the form.
• Deposits are typically processed within 3–5 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad), ৳5,000 (Bank Transfer).
• The mobile number used for withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's own name.
• Withdrawals will not be processed unless the deposited amount has been wagered at least once.
• Winnings are typically paid out within 5–15 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required in cases of suspicious activity.

C17's bonus offers are designed to make your experience more enjoyable. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met to claim the benefit.

• A member may not receive the same bonus more than once, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses must be used for placing bets — direct withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings will be transferred to your main balance.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• C17 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting rules at c17 are designed to ensure fairness and impartiality. All bet settlements are based on official results.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except in special circumstances).
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a result is determined by the DLS method, settlement will be made in accordance with that result.
• C17 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Minimum bet ৳50; maximum bet varies by VIP level.
• If any match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled as normal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on c17. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment information to conduct transactions.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Involvement in match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack c17's systems or gain an unfair advantage through software or other means.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

C17 firmly believes that gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to the mental and financial well-being of every member.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and betting limits.
• A Cooling-off Period is available to all members at any time.
• Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, no new account can be opened for the following 6 months.
• C17's support team is always ready to assist members facing any issues.

Protecting your personal data is c17's top priority. We do not sell or share your information with any third party.

• Information collected during registration is used solely for account management and KYC verification.
• Transaction data is securely stored on encrypted servers.
• No information is shared with any government authority without a legal obligation to do so.
• Members may request to view or delete their stored data at any time.

C17 believes every dispute can be resolved through open dialogue. If an issue arises, please follow the steps below.

• Step One: Reach out to our support team via live chat or email.
• Step Two: Escalate the issue to a support manager.
• Step Three: Submit a formal complaint via email.
• All complaints will be responded to within 7 business days of submission.
• C17's decision shall be considered final, without prejudice to any legal rights the member may have.

C17 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Serious violations of the terms and conditions (particularly the rules under Section 07).
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• When suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members will be notified by email or SMS before any account closure (except in urgent security situations). If a valid balance remains, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

C17 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

• Minor changes (spelling corrections, clarifications) take effect immediately.
• Members will be notified at least 7 days before any major changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• Notices of changes will be displayed via email and on the c17 homepage.
